Charter Terms and Conditions

MYBA terms with APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): The Charterer will be charged extra, at a cost to the yacht, for all other expenses, which is 30 % of the charter fee. These expenses include fuel for the yacht, fuel for tenders and water toys, food for the charterers, wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks for the Charterers. VAT tax is not included in the price.

Babylon offers comfortable accommodation for 10 guests across its 5 suites, including 1 Master Cabin, 1 VIP Cabin, and 3 Double Cabins, more elegant and comfy than each other with their own WC and air conditioning, with a total of 5 cabins. There are enough sun bath cushions, chairs, and services for every single guest. This yacht is built to make our guests live the comfort, luxury, and serenity at the same time, and can reach a speed up to 15 nautical miles. Babylon Gulet, fully furnished with navigational devices Wireless, GSM Phone you will feel in security during all of our preferred destinations like Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye, Göcek
